You can help by volunteering your time!!  People of all ages are needed to help in a wide variety of ways year round.  Please join us in our effort to help the Lakota children and elders in South Dakota.

Here are some of the ways that you can give your time:

• Soliciting Donations (cash/items) - Great for schools, scouts, faith groups, civic groups and businesses!

• Organizing and Sorting Items at warehouse

• Packing

• Picking up and delivering collections to the warehouse

• Outreach to bring in new groups

• Fundraising/Fundraisers

• Corporate Outreach

• Publicity

• Loading truck on shipping day  (First Saturday each December)

• Taking Pictures

• Assembly of Totem Necklace Bead Kits

• Habitat for Humanity on the Reservation

We also need volunteers to assist in the hawkwing office with:

• Preparing mailings

• Sending Thank-You notes

• Grant Writing

• Office Organization
